Willie Snead was held catch-less in the Saints' Week 17 loss to the Bucs.
Snead played only 47 percent of the Saints' offensive snaps and blocked on over half of them. He played a bit role in New Orleans' passing game all season.

Willie Snead hauled in 1-of-3 targets for 23 yards in the Saints' Week 15 win over the Jets.
Even with Ted Ginn out and Brandon Coleman fumbling almost every time he touched the ball, Snead saw just two targets in the first half, and his first catch did not come until the third quarter. Ginn should be back next week. Even if he is not, Snead can be left on the wire.

Willie Snead expects to have an expanded role this week.
"I know the opportunity is coming. I’ll have a lot more reps than I’ve had in the past. I’m excited about that. This definitely gives me a chance to get back in the groove and just take advantage of every opportunity." Snead (six catches, 53 yards) has been a non-factor since returning from injury/suspension. He could be in line for more targets with Ted Ginn (ribs) questionable, but Snead isn't on the Week 15 streaming radar.
