Martellus Bennett (shoulder) has been ruled out for Week 10 against the Bears.
He won't get to face his former team. Richard Rodgers and Lance Kendricks split the work in Bennett's place this past Monday night against the Lions. Bennett is still undergoing tests on his shoulder issue. His presence will be missed in blocking assignments, where Bennett is one of the best.

Martellus Bennett (shoulder) is doubtful for Monday night's Week 9 game with the Lions.
Bennett will miss his first game of the season after not practicing this week. It's a downgrade in run blocking, but Bennett hasn't been much of a factor in the pass game. Lance Kendricks and Richard Rodgers will pick up Bennett's snaps.
