Wayne Gallman rushed 15 times for 89 yards in the Giants' Week 17 win over the Redskins.
Even with Orleans Darkwa running well, Gallman saw his fair share of work and came within one yard of a touchdown late in the game. It was a solid finish to a rookie season which saw Gallman rush for 476 yards on 111 carries and catch 34-of-48 targets for 193 yards and a touchdown. With Darkwa a free agent and Paul Perkins out of favor, Gallman could open next season as the lead back, but new GM Dave Gettleman and the coaching staff he hires will have something to say about that.

Wayne Gallman had 10 carries for 18 yards in Week 16 against the Cardinals.
Gallman saw more work than Orleans Darkwa, who had just six carries. The Giants' entire offense was shut down and forced to abandon the run in a game they trailed throughout. Gallman has out-touched Darkwa in three straight weeks, but won't be more than a touchdown-dependent DFS play for Week 17.

Wayne Gallman rushed eight times for 39 yards and caught 6-of-7 targets for 40 yards in the Giants' Week 15 loss to the Eagles.
He led the Giants' backfield in touches for the second straight week; Orleans Darkwa tied for second with ten. Darkwa did get the early goal-line score, and Shane Vereen stayed involved with ten touches. This remains a three-way RBBC. Gallman will be a low-flex flex option in Week 16 against the Cardinals.
