Tion Green rushed nine times for 21 yards in the Lions' Week 17 win over the Packers.

An UDFA out of Cincinnati, Green didn't play his first snaps until Week 13. He had his best game of the season that day, rushing for 11-51-1 in Baltimore and finishes the year with 41 carries for 165 yards and the lone score. Green caught both of his pass-game targets for 14 yards. Nothing more than a special teams-type and grinder, Green will have to earn his roster spot in 2018.

Tion Green rushed seven times for 43 yards and a touchdown in the Lions' Week 16 loss to the Bengals.

Green rotated in behind Ameer Abdullah and Theo Riddick but outplayed both. Green is a straight runner who mainly relies on his power and strength. This is a big difference from both Abdullah and Riddick who rely on their agility to make plays. Green was the most efficient of all backs in this one. His touchdown came from five yards out where he plowed through a defender into the end zone. He shouldn't be on the fantasy radar in Week 17.

Tion Green rushed 10 times for 35 yards in Saturday’s Week 15 win over the Bears.

Even with Ameer Abdullah active, Green was the second man up in the running back rotation behind Theo Riddick, but was not targeted in the passing game. Riddick did sustain a wrist injury that may effect his Week 16 status, but even with Riddick out, Green would still just be an RB2/FLEX option next week against the Bengals.
