Jacquizz Rodgers caught 2-of-2 targets for 20 yards in the Bucs' Week 17 win over the Saints.
Rodgers struggled in three starts to begin the year in place of Doug Martin (suspension), then faded into a bit role the rest of the way, sharing time with Charles Sims behind Martin and later Peyton Barber. Turning 28 in February, Quizz has shown himself to be a replacement-level back lacking standout traits. The Bucs have Rodgers under contract for $1.6 million in 2018, but it wouldn’t be surprising if he were cut.

With Doug Martin (concussion) out, it was Peyton Barber who got the start and handled 27 touches, turning them into 143 yards. Rodgers is irrelevant.
