Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News confirms the Cowboys will play their starters against the Eagles in Week 17.
Last week's loss to Seattle eliminated Dallas from the postseason, giving the Cowboys with nothing to play for this week. Despite the lack of stakes, the Cowboys will be out in full force Sunday at Philadelphia. That includes Ezekiel Elliott who is 120 yards shy of 1,000 for the season. Dak Prescott is also looking to end 2017 on a high note after struggling through a difficult second half. Unfortunately he'll be playing without stud left tackle Tyron Smith, who was placed on I.R. with a knee injury earlier this week.

Dak Prescott completed 21-of-34 passes for 182 yards and two interceptions while contributing 21 yards on four carries Sunday in the Cowboys’ Week 16 loss to the Seahawks.
He was sacked four times for a loss of 27 yards. It just wasn’t Dak’s day. Prescott struggled to 76 yards on 10-of-18 passing in the first half and was somehow worse after halftime, throwing two interceptions including an inexcusable pick-six to Justin Coleman early in the third quarter. His second interception was the result of a Dez Bryant drop, though the pass wasn't exactly on target. Prescott finally had Ezekiel Elliott back this week, but obviously it didn’t make much of a difference. His longest completion came on an improvised 33-yard pass to Bryant, who made an excellent diving catch. In Prescott’s defense, he played almost the entire afternoon without stud left tackle, Tyron Smith, who aggravated a knee injury just three snaps into Sunday’s game. Now eliminated from the postseason, the Cowboys will finish the year in Philadelphia on New Year’s Eve.

Dak Prescott completed 18-of-27 passes for 212 yards and two interceptions in Week 15 against the Raiders.
He added six carries for 32 yards and a rushing touchdown. Prescott got off to a bad start, throwing an interception on the opening drive. He threw a second interception on the Cowboys’ first drive of the second half before settling down. Prescott’s rushing TD was on a broken play from five yards out. Outside of last week's win, Prescott has struggled without Ezekiel Elliott, averaging just 191 YPG with a 5:5 TD/INT ratio over his last six games. Prescott won't be more than a QB2 in Week 16 against Seattle.
